Instagram DM

1. Link the Instagram professional account to a Facebook Page.
2. In your Meta app add the Instagram product and subscribe the webhook to messages and messaging_postbacks (same callback URL as Messenger).
3. In Pingloop open Channels → Connect → Instagram and paste the Instagram account id and Page token.

Story replies and mentions arrive as normal inbound messages with the story attached.
