Install channels
WhatsApp Business (Cloud API)
Pingloop uses Meta's Cloud API with Embedded Signup v4.
Steps
- In the Meta app add WhatsApp and complete Embedded Signup to obtain a WABA id and phone number id.
- Subscribe the webhook to
messages. - In Pingloop choose Channels → Connect → WhatsApp, enter the phone number id, WABA id and system-user token.
24-hour window
Free-form replies are allowed for 24 hours after the customer's last message. After that, Pingloop sends an approved template. Configure templates on the connection's settings.
Never share the system-user token. Pingloop stores it encrypted and only decrypts it to send messages.
